Return Products Tab (Back Office Extension)

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use this tab to view products associated with a return. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions see the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

On this page you can:

• Open the Products tab: Select the Return Detail view, click the Products tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
• View shipment line details: Click View to open the Return Product Details view.
