Returns List View KPIs

The table for a list and brief description of each out-of-the-box Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

Note: Some date based KPIs can show one day less than expected due to how time in a date or time field is calculated.
Table 1.
KPI Description
Completed Aging Average Sum of days between when a return was created and closed for all closed returns in the list, divided by the number of all closed returns in the list.

Based on the Create Date and Closed Date.
Completed Aging Range The lowest and highest number of days between when a return was created and closed for all closed returns in the list.

Based on the Create Date and Closed Date.
Completed vs Expected Days Range The lowest and highest number of days between when the return was expected and when it was closed for all closed returns in the list.

A return closed before the expected date is calculated as a positive number and return closed after the expected date is calculated as a negative number.

Based on the Expected By (or Requested Date) and Closed Date.
Completed vs. Expected Days Average Total number of days between when the return was expected and when it was closed for all closed returns in the list, divided by the number of closed returns in the list.

Based on the Expected By (or Requested Date) and Closed Date.
Expected By This Month Count of returns where the requested date is within the current month.

Based on the calendar month and Expected By (or Requested Date).
Expected By This Quarter Count of returns where the requested date is within the current quarter.

Based on the current quarter as defined by your company Expected By (or Requested Date).
Expected By This Week Count of returns where the requested date is within the current week.

Based on a week of Sunday to Saturday and Expected By (or Requested Date).
Open Aging Average Sum of the of days between when a return was created and today for all open returns in the list, divided by the number of all open returns in the list.

Based on the Create Date and current date.
Opened This Month Count of returns created within the current month.

Based on Create Date.
Opened This Quarter Count of returns created within the current quarter.

Based on Create Date.
Opened This Week Count of returns created within the current week.

Based on Create Date.
