Responses Tab

Use the Responses tab on the Account, Contact or Lead Detail Views to see contact and lead responses. Responses keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. You can also add or edit the response information.

The Responses tab displays this response information:

  • Contact (Account Detail view only)
  • Response Date
  • Interest
  • Status
  • Interest Level
  • Lead Source
  • Campaign

On this page you can:

  • Click the Responses tab, on the Contact, Account or Lead detail view, to view responses for the current record. If the Responses tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
  • Click add.png(Add Response), and complete the remaining steps to add response information.
  • Edit a response, by executing these steps:
    1. Click the Edit link next to the record you want to edit.
    2. Follow the steps for editing response information.
  • Remove a response.
