Adding an Exchange Rate

Use the Insert Exchange Rate view to add a currency value and conversion rate.


	The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To add an exchange rate:

From the Navigation Bar, expand Administration, right-click Exchange Rates and from the shortcut menu, click New Exchange Rate.
In the Insert Exchange Rate view, in the Currency Code field, specify the three-letter currency code.
In the Description field, specify a short description of the currency.
For example, British Pound.
In the Conversion Rate field, specify the current exchange rate for this currency as it relates to the base currency.
Click (Save).
