Installing Infor CRM SLX Mail Merge For Microsoft Word

Infor CRM SLX Mail Merge for Microsoft Word provides support for Mail Merges.

Note: If you have installed a previous version of the Infor CRM SLX Mail Merge for Microsoft Word add-in, you must uninstall the previous version of Infor CRM SLX mail merge for Microsoft Word before installing the latest version.

To install Mail Merge for Microsoft Word:

  1. Close Microsoft Word.
  2. In the Infor CRM SLX Web Client, click Options on the Tools menu.
  3. Select the General tab.
  4. Click Install Mail Merge for Microsoft Word.
  5. Open the InforCRMWordAddinSetup.exe from your Downloads folder.
  6. Select the I agree to the license terms and conditions check box.
  7. Click Install. The default install location is: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Infor.CRM.Word.Addin
  8. Click Yes to confirm the install the required add-in.
  9. Click Close.
  10. Open Microsoft Word.
  11. If prompted, click Install on the Are you sure you want to install this customization? window.
  12. Set up the Infor CRM SLX options after installation.
    • Click Infor CRM SLX Options on the Mailings tab.
