Using the Qualifications List View

The Qualifications List view displays all of the qualifications that you have access to. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records displayed.

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

On the Navigation Bar, click Administration, and then click Qualifications to open the Qualifications List view.

You can perform these actions:

• Click (Refresh), to refresh the list information.
• Click the respective qualification name to open the Qualification Detail view.
• Filter my list
• Work with records in a grid
• View a group
• Use Lookup to search for records
• The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
  • Add to Group
  • Remove from Group
  • Save Records as a Group
  • Export
  • Update
  • Delete
