Sales Orders List View KPIs

The table for a list and brief description of each out-of-the-box Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

Note: Some date based KPIs can show one day less than expected due to how time in a date or time field is calculated.

KPI Description
Average Days Open The total number of days from when a sales order was created to today for all open sales orders in the list, divided by the number of sales orders in the list.

Based on the Create Date.

Days Open Range The lowest and highest number of days from when a sales order was created to today for all open sales orders in the list.

Based on the Create Date.

Due This Month Number of sales orders due this month.

Based on the calendar month and Due Date.

Due This Quarter Number of sales orders with a Due Date within the current quarter.

Based on the current quarter as defined by your company and Due Date.

Due This Week Number of sales orders with a Due Date within the current week.

Based on a week of Sunday to Saturday and Due Date.

Grand Total The sum of grand totals for all sales orders in the list.

Based on Grand Total.

Grand Total Average The sum of grand totals for all sales orders in the list divided by the number of sales orders in the list.

Based on Grand Total.

Grand Total Range The lowest and highest grand totals for all sales orders in the list.
