Adding a Contract

Use the Insert New Contract view to create a contract record. Use the copy button to quickly create a new record with similar information.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact system administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users may not access full functionality.
  1. Open the Insert New Contract view.
    1. On the New menu, click Contract.
    2. On the Account Detail view, click the Contracts tab, and click add.png (Add Contract).
  2. Specify the information in the contract information fields.
  3. Click save.png (Save).
    If necessary, use the Covered Assets tab to associate any assets to the contract.
