Active ION Workflows tab
Use this tab to view the active Workflows for the selected entity. This tab can be viewed on the Detail view of these entities:
- Leads
- opportunities
- Quotes
- Sales Orders
To view this tab:
- On the Navigation Bar, go to the entity for which you want to view the active Workflow. The entity List view is displayed.
- Click the entity name. The Active ION Workflows tab is displayed on the entity Detail view.
