Selecting a Contract

You can use the Select Contract view when the account has more than one service contract and you need to select the appropriate contract to charge the ticket against.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact system administrator for any access rights changes. The full functionality might not be accessible for the WebViewer users.

To select a contract:

  1. On the Ticket Detail view, click Contract search_new (Find).
  2. Use the Find Contract view to find a contract, select the contract in the list, and then click OK.
    Tickets and ticket activities are recorded for the selected contract.
