Add Contacts and Leads

To add contacts and leads:

  1. On the Attendees tab, click (Add Attendees).
  2. Use the Lookup Attendees screen to find contacts or leads you want to add as attendees to the activity.
  3. Type the first few letters of the person's first name or last name, add an asterisk*, and then click Search.
  4. Select one or more contacts or leads, and then click Add Selected.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have selected all of the attendees you want to add to the activity.
  6. When finished, click Close.
