CRM Workflow Fields
The CRM Workflow information fields contain information about the selected CRM Workflow
instance. All information is view only in this form.
Field | Description/Action |

Workflow Name | CRM Workflow name corresponding to the originating CRM Workflow definition triggering this specific CRM Workflow instance. |
Description | CRM Workflow description corresponding to the originating CRM Workflow definition triggering this specific CRM Workflow instance. |
Approval Status | Current approval status of the CRM Workflow instance when it contains one or more approval steps. Possible values include: Pending, Approved, Disapproved, or Expired. |
Entity | Originating entity record type. Possible values include: Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, or Sales Order |
Entity Descriptor | Originating entity’s descriptive property content |
Start Date | Trigger date for this specific CRM Workflow instance |
Complete Date | Completion date for this specific CRM Workflow instance once the final workflow step has completed |
