Accounts List View KPIs

The table for a list and brief description of each out-of-the-box Key Performance Indicator (KPI).

Note: Some date based KPIs can show one day less than expected due to how time in a date or time field is calculated.

KPI	Description
Average Days as Customer	Sum of the days between the date an account was created and today for all accounts in the list, divided by the number of accounts in the list. Based on the Create Date and the current date.
Average Days Since Last Activity	Sum of days since last activity for all accounts in the list, divided by the number of accounts in the list. Days since last activity is calculated as the difference between the Last History Date, or if none then the Create Date and the current date. Days are defined as a 24-hour period, not calendar days. Example: If the last activity was yesterday at 5:00 PM, then the number of days since last touched is zero until 5:00 PM today.
Average Yearly Revenue	Sum of all yearly revenue values for all accounts in the list, divided by the number of accounts in the list. Based on the Account detail view Details tab Yearly Revenue field.
Days as Customer Range	The lowest and highest number of days between the date an account was created and today in the list of accounts. Based on the Create Date and the current date.
Days Since Last Activity Range	The lowest and highest number of days since the last activity in the list of accounts. Days since last activity is calculated as the difference between the Last History Date, or if none then the Create Date and the current date. Days are defined as a 24-hour period, not calendar days. If the last activity was yesterday at 5:00 PM, then the number of days since last touched is zero until 5:00 PM today.
New This Month	Number of new accounts added this month. Based on the calendar month and Create Date.
New This Quarter	Number of new accounts added this quarter. Based on the current quarter as defined by your company and Create Date.
New This Week	Number of new accounts added this week. Based on a week of Sunday to Saturday and Create Date.
New This Year	Number of new accounts added this week. Based on the calendar year. January 1st through December 31st and Create Date.
Total Yearly Revenue	Sum of all yearly revenue values for all accounts in the list. Based on the Account detail view Details tab Yearly Revenue.
Yearly Revenue Range	The lowest and highest yearly revenue values in the list of accounts. Based on the Account detail view Details tab Yearly Revenue field.
