Price Services Tab

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use the Price Services tab to view and manage the implementation specific configuration of the real time Price and Availability web services.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To open the Price Services tab, on the Back Office Detail view, click the Price Services tab.

On this page you can:

  • View the Price Service details: Click the Name to open the Price Service Detail view.
  • Add a price service:
    1. Click add.png (Add BOE PA Service).
    2. Follow the steps for adding a price service.
  • Edit a Price Service:
    • Select Customize to unlock and modify the Price Service content.
    • Or select the Price Service name to open the Price Service Detail view. (Customized price services are editable in the Price Service Detail view. For more information, see Using the Price Service Detail View.)
    • However, content is not modifiable in the Price Service tab grid.

  • This view contains the following columns:

    Field Name Description
    Customize / Edit Unlock the out-of-the-box default price services by clicking the Customize link for the price service.
    Name The Name of the Price service.
    Description A description of the price service.
    Action ERP specific action string for the specific Price Service.
    Custom This check box is selected if the record is customized.
    Active This check box is selected to enable the price service.
