Ticket Activity Parts
Use this view to manage parts in relationship to the ticket activity.
To view the Ticket Activity Parts tab, open the Ticket detail view and select the Ticket Activity Parts tab. If this tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
On this page, you can:
- Add or edit ticket activities.
- Select a record and click
(), to
remove a part. - Select a record and click
(), to
copy a part. - Click for the associated ticket activity, to open or edit a Ticket Activity.
