CRM Workflow Properties Tab

The Properties tab displays the entities and the related properties available for the rich-text email template editor, based on the selected CRM Workflow Entity value. The data in the Properties tab is auto-generated with the properties and related entities' properties exposed for the workflows in the entity model through Application Architect.

The Workflow properties can be removed from the rich-text email template editor by clearing the Active check box in the tab.

You can use the tab bar Refresh option to update the content of the Properties tab after defining additional entity content in Application Architect and save the data.

To access the Properties tab:
  1. Click Integrations on the Navigation bar. The Integrations list page is displayed.
  2. Click CRM Workflow. The corresponding Integration detail page is displayed.
  3. Click the Workflows tab.
  4. Click the Workflow Name. The CRM Workflow Definition detail page is displayed. See Using the Workflow Definition Detail View.
  5. Click the Properties tab.
The Properties tab contains the following information:

Column Description
Token The entity model-based property path used by the rich-text email template editor to map CRM content into the email content.
Display Name The display name for the entity model-based properly.
Pick-List Used to publish the selected pick-list item’s description in the email content.
Display Format Used to format the property’s content
Active If this check box is selected, the corresponding property token is included in the rich-text email template editor’s Insert Property selection list.
The Properties tab also lists the following generic constant tokens in addition to the properties and related entities' properties exposed for the workflows in the entity model:
