Invoices Tab (Back Office Extension)

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The Invoices tab displays a list of associated invoices. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

To open the Invoices tab, select the Account, Bill To, or Ship To detail view and click the Invoices tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.

You can filter the data displayed on this tab based on:

  • The Accounting Entity (if the Master Data Consolidation functionality is enabled).
  • The Status (if the Back Office Extension integration is enabled).
  • The CRM Status (if the Back Office Extension integration is disabled).

On this tab you can view account details (except Account Detail view): Click the Account link to go to the Account Detail view.

Days Late displays the number of days that have elapsed, since the payment due date. This value is calculated based on the difference (in number of days) between the Due Date and the current date. The invoices with the status Open or PartialPaid, in the integrated ERP systems are displayed.
