Working with the Activities List View Shortcut Menu

The Activities List view shortcut menu enables you to view, complete or delete the activity, or open the associated contact or lead.

To open the shortcut menu:

1. Open Activities List view.
2. Click either My Activities, All Open, Past Due or Alarms group.
3. Right-click an activity in the list.

The Activities list shortcut menu, has these options:

Menu Option	Description
Open Activity	Allows you to view or edit activity details
Complete Activity	Allows you to open the complete activity view.
Delete Activity	Allows you to delete an activity.
Go To	Allows you to open the detail view of records associated with the activity.
Schedule	Allows you to schedule a phone call, meeting, to-do, or personal activity.
