Viewing or Editing Product CPQ Details

Use the CPQ Details tab to set CPQ properties for a product.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To view or edit CPQ details:

  1. Open the Product Detail view.
  2. Click the CPQ Details tab.
  3. If necessary, click the Configuration Group field and select the active Infor CPQ Configuration Group to use for this configured product.
  4. View the following information:
    CPQ Ruleset Name
    The name of the Product Configuration Model as defined in PCM Design Studio. For example, if the product being designed is a bicycle, the Ruleset name assigned can be Bike. By default this is the product name for configured products.
    CPQ Derived From Item
    The Product Name from which the customized product was derived.
    Configured Item Indicator
    Indicates if the product was configured for CPQ.
    Customized Item Indicator
    Indicates if the product is a customized version of a product defined by the host ERP system to represent a specific CPQ configuration for a specific Sales Order line. The indicator is set based on inbound SyncItemMaster BOD processing.
