Using the Standard Problem Detail View
Use the Detail view to see, add or edit information for a selected record.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate
role can access these features.
To open the Standard Problem Detail view, on the Navigation Bar, click , and then click . The Standard Problems List view is displayed. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a problem, and then click the standard problem ID.
On this page you can:
- Switch to the List view: On the toolbar, click ( ), or click the current group tab
- Use the Lookup to search for records
- Use the Task Pane group list or common tasks
- View a group
Information Fields
The standard problem information fields contain the primary information about the standard problem. Users with appropriate permissions can edit these fields.
Detail View Tabs
Each tab shows specific information related to the role.

User Defined Section
You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined section.
