Enabling CPQ

Enabling the Infor CPQ integration allows access to two components of CPQ, CPQ Enterprise quoting, which replaces the Infor CRM SLX Quotes user interface, and Infor CPQ Configurator which allows you to define and use configured products for Opportunities, Quotes and Sales Orders in Infor CRM SLX.

Note:  Only the users with the Administration role can execute this process.

Prior to enabling Infor CPQ, review the requirements in the Infor CPQ Overview topic. See Infor CPQ Overview.

To enable CPQ user interface:

  1. Select Administration > Integration. The Integrations List view is displayed.
  2. Click Infor CPQ. The Integrations Detail view is displayed.
  3. Click the Configuration Group tab, define the content based on the CPQ configurator product rule sets. For steps, see Configuration Groups Tab.
  4. For CPQ Enterprise Quoting only. Click the EQ Configuration tab; update content based on the Infor Ming.le implementation of CPQ Enterprise Quoting.
  5. Click Save.
  6. For CPQ Enterprise Quoting only.
    • Update Infor EQ Back Office Logical ID to correspond to the logical ID of the Infor EQ connection point in ION Desk
    • Enable Master Data Consolidation. For steps, see What is Master Data Consolidation.
