Using the Literature Items List View

The List view displays all of the literature items that you have access to. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records that display.

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

Open Literature Items List View: On the Navigation Bar, click Literature Items.

On this page, you can perform these actions:

• Use the Lookup to search for records
• Open the Literature Items Detail view: Click the item number to open the Literature Item Detail view.
• Refresh list information: Click (Refresh).
• Work with records in a grid
• Filter my list
• View a group

The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:

• Add to Group
• Remove from Group
• Save Records as a Group
• Export
