What is Master Data Consolidation

When integrating with an ERP, there can be multiple account records for the same account. Master Data Consolidation creates a common account record that is used across Infor CRM SLX and an ERP.

Note: Master Data Consolidation is required for CPQ Enterprise Quoting and is recommended for M3, LX, and Visual integrations.

To enable Master Data Consolidation 

  1. Select Integration > Integrations. The Integrations List view is displayed. 
  2. Click the Back Office Extension integration. The Integrations Detail view is displayed. 
  3. Click the Options tab.
  4. Set the Value to True for Master Data Consolidation option. 
  5. Click Save.
  6. Run the Infor CRM SLX conversion utility for your version of Infor CRM SLX and select the Master Data Consolidation option to convert all pre-existing data.
