Using the Ticket Activity Rates List View
Ticket rates are the pricing system rates/charges for activities, such as On-site Consulting, Research, Telephone Support, or Installation, performed for resolving tickets. When you add an activity to a ticket, you must assign a rate/charge for the activity.
With administrative privileges, you can manage the ticket activity rates to ensure you are accurately recording ticket activities and the associated rates for those activities against a customer's contract.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate
role can access these features.
To open the Ticket Activity Rates List view, on the Navigation Bar, expand
, and click .On this page you can:
- Use the Lookup to search for records.
- Click ( ), to refresh the list information.
- Click the Ticket Activity Rate Detail view. to open the
- Use the Lookup to search for user records.
- Work with records in a grid.
- Filter my list .
- View a group.
