Using the Sales Order Detail View
Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information fields, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.
To open the Sales Order Detail view, on the Navigation Bar, click Sales Orders to open the Sales Order List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a sales order, and then click on the sales order number.
You can perform these actions:
- Use the Lookup to search for records
- View a group
- Switch to the List view: On the toolbar click list_view ( ), or click the current group tab.
- Send sales order information in an e-mail
- Promote Infor CRM Back Office Extension only
- Get Order Total: Click Get Order Total to update the sales order totals in the snapshot with information from the integrated back office application.
- Refresh Pricing.
- The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
Information Fields
The sales order information fields contain the primary information about the sales order. The sales order snapshot appears in the upper section of the detail view as well. Users with appropriate permissions can edit these fields.
Additional information may be available if the implementation includes a Back Office Extension. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

Each tab shows specific information you can use for sales order related activities. Click a link to see more information about each tab.
