Deleting a Custom Price Service

Infor CRM SLX Back Office Extension only: Price Services provide Infor CRM SLX users with product pricing and availability information when generating a new quote or sales order in Infor CRM SLX. The Back Office Price Services provide the definitions of integrated back-office application pricing services for the Infor CRM SLX integration. You can only delete a custom price service. When a custom price service is deleted, then the standard BOD pack-based price service is restored.

Note: 
  • The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.
  • If using OAuth 2.0 first obtain an authorized app ION API’ credentials file for the Infor CRM SLX authorized app service account. For more information, see Working with the ION API download file.

To delete a price service:

  1. On the Back Office Detail view, click the Price Services tab, and click the Name link of the price service to be deleted.
  2. On the Price Service Detail view click delete_new .
  3. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or click Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
