What is Infor CRM SLX Sales Intelligence?
Use Infor CRM SLX Sales Intelligence to view the likelihood that a customer will purchase a product within the next 30 days and recommendations of what products they may buy.
Note: The security access determines what functions are
available. Contact your administrator for any access rights changes.
The Sales Intelligence groups on the Contact and Account List views display all contacts or accounts with the following columns:
- Purchase Likelihood Score - The calculated probability that a customer will purchase a product within the next 30 days, represented as a percentage.
- SI Category - The recommended product family for the contact or account.
- SI Product - The recommended product for the contact or account.
You can also filter the groups by SI Product Recommendations and Purchase Likelihood Score.
Note: If you cannot find the Sales Intelligence group, on the
Groups menu, scroll to Sales Intelligence and select the check box. You may
have to clear some other group check boxes in order to see the Sales
Intelligence group.
You can perform these related tasks:
- View the Contact Lead Score: Open the Contact Detail view and review the information fields.
- View Account Lead Score: Open the Account Detail view and review the information fields.
- View Contact Recommendations tab
- View Account Recommendations tab
- Configure Sales Intelligence Integration. (Administrative users only).
