Deleting Multiple Activities

To delete multiple activities:

  1. On the Activities view, select the activities you want to delete, and in the Task Pane Common Tasks area click Delete Activity, or right-click in the grid, and then select Delete Activity.
    Note: If you select multiple activities and any are recurring, then only the selected occurrence or occurrences of the recurring activity is be deleted.
  2. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
