Accepting or Declining an Activity
To accept or decline an activity:
-  
		  Perform one of the following: 
		   
		  
- On the Activities view, open the Confirmations group, and then click the New link in the Notification column for the confirmation you want to accept or decline.
 - From the Alerts view, click Unconfirmed, and then click the activity's regarding information that appears in blue text next to the activity icon.
 - On the Calendar,
				  double-click the unconfirmed activity you want to open. 
				  Note: Your calendar security determines whose activities you can schedule, edit, complete, or delete. You can also view activities associated with contacts, leads, accounts, opportunities, or tickets that you can access.
 
 - Review the activity details.
 - Specify a response in the Reply field.
 -  
		  Click 
			 Accept or 
			 Decline.
		   
		  Note: You can also accept or decline a new confirmation without reviewing the details from the Alerts Unconfirmed tab by selecting the confirmation and clicking Accept or Decline.
