Editing or Customizing a Price Service

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only: Price Services provide Infor CRM SLX users with product pricing and availability information when generating a new quote or sales order in Infor CRM SLX. The Back Office Price Services provide the definitions of integrated back office application pricing services for the Infor CRM SLX integration. You can only edit a custom price service.

Note: 
  • The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.
  •  If using OAuth 2.0 first obtain an authorized app ION API’ credentials file for the Infor CRM SLX authorized app service account. For more information, see Working with the ION API download file.

To edit or customize a price service:

  1. On the Back Office Detail view, click the Price Services tab, and do one of the following:
    • To customize a price service, click the Customize link. Once customized, the Customize link is replaced with the Edit link which indicates that the selected price service is customized.
    • To edit a price service, click the Edit link.
  2. Complete the information fields based upon your authentication type and ERP:
  3. Click save.png (Save).
    Note: The Price Service detail view is in read-only mode unless the selected price service has been customized. To customize the selected price service, click the Customize link. The Customize link is replaced with the Edit link which indicates that the selected price service is customized. See Editing or Customizing a Price Service.
