Removing a Product from a Sales Order

You can remove products from a sales order, if a customer is not interested in the product, or if the products were added accidently. You can remove products from the Insert Sales Order window or Sales Order Detail view. Deleting a product only removes the product's association with a particular sales order. The product is not deleted from the database.

To remove products from the Sales Order Detail view:

  1. Open the Sales Order detail view, and then select the Products tab. If the tab is not visible, select More Tabs.
  2. Select the record to be removed and click delete_new (Remove).
