Using the Ticket List View

The List view displays all the tickets that you can access. You can use groups and lookups to filter the list of records.

Note:  Security access determines the available functions. Contact the administrator for any access right modifications. WebViewer users may not access full functionality.

On the Navigation bar, click Tickets. The tickets List view is displayed.

On this page you can:

  • Click (Refresh), to refresh the list information.
  • Click the ticket ID to open the Ticket Detail view.
