Editing Resource Settings

Use the Edit Resource window to edit resource settings such as sync direction and conflict resolution.

To edit a resource:

  1. Open the Integration Detail view and select the Resources tab.
  2. Click the Edit link for the resource to be edited.
  3. Click the Sync Direction field and select one of the following values from the list:
    • 1-way from Infor CRM - Data synchronizes from Infor CRM SLX to Microsoft Outlook only.
    • 1-way to Infor CRM - Data synchronizes from Microsoft Outlook to Infor CRM SLX only.
    • 2-way synchronization - Data synchronizes to and from Infor CRM SLX and Microsoft Outlook.
  4. Click the Conflict Resolution field and select one of the following values from the list:
    • Integration Wins - The changes made in Microsoft Outlook is retained and synchronizes with Infor CRM SLX.
    • Infor CRM wins - The change made in Infor CRM SLX is retained and synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook.
    • Latest change wins - The most recent change is retained and synchronizes to either Infor CRM SLX or Microsoft Outlook.
  5. If required, select the Enabled check box to allow synchronization or clear the Enabled check box to prevent synchronization of the resource.
  6. Click OK.
