Viewing the ERP Details Tab

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The ERP Details tab in the Opportunity Detail view displays product information from the integrated back office application. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

To view:

  1. Open the Opportunity Detail view.
  2. Click the ERP Details tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Back Office
    The associated integrated back office application. Options are either the accounting system to which Infor CRM SLX is integrated or Infor CRM SOR if Infor CRM is the system of record.
    Sync Status
    This field cannot be modified. Indicates if the record contains pending changes that need to be promoted.
    Variation ID
    This field cannot be modified. A sequence number defined by the integrated application to ensure outdated content never overwrites updated content in the subscriber application.
    Accounting Entity
    This field cannot be modified. Company or accounting entity as defined by the integrated application.
    Location
    This field cannot be modified.
    External ID
    This field cannot be modified. A unique reference number assigned by the integrated application.
