Using the Persons List View

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The list view displays all of the ERP persons that you have access to. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records that display.

To open the Persons List view, click ERP Persons on the Navigation Bar.

On this page you can:

• Refresh list information: Click Refresh button.
• Open the Person Detail view: Click the person's name to open the Person Detail view.
• Filter my list
• Work with records in a grid
• View a group
• Use the Lookup to search for records
• Using the group shortcut menu
