Using the Defect List View

The Defect List view displays all of the defects that you have access to. You can use groups and lookup to narrow the list of records that display.

To open the Defect List view, on the Navigation Bar, click Defects.

On this page:

• To refresh list information, click (Refresh).
• To open the Defect Detail view, click the defect's ID.
• The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
  • Add to Group
  • Remove from Group
  • Save Records as a Group
  • Export to File
  • Export
  • Promote to Dashboard
  • Update
  • Delete
