Using the Ticket Comments Tab
Use the Comments text box for all internal notes, troubleshooting steps, or other important information related to the ticket.
To add internal comments to a ticket:
- On the Ticket Detail view, click the Comments tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
 - In the Internal Comments field, specify the comments.
 - 
				Click 
 () to specify user name, the date and time (according to
					your language settings) of the comments. 
			 - 
				Click
