Deleting a Contract

If you have the appropriate permissions, no tickets are associated with the contract, and the contract is not active, you can delete an unused contract for an account.

To delete a contract:

  1. Open the Contract Detail view.
  2. Perform one of these actions:
    • If the contract has associated tickets that are not closed, you must close out the tickets before deleting the contract.
    • If the contract Active box is selected, clear the check mark.
  3. Click delete_new (Delete).
  4. Click OK.
