Copying Information to the Clipboard

The information is copied to the Clipboard, so that you can use it in other applications. This is useful if you are required to copy information into an email, or Microsoft Word document.

Note: This feature is not available if you are using Firefox as your browser.

To copy contact information from a contact

  • Open the Contact Detail view.
  • If available, click copy_clipboard (Copy Information to Clipboard).
  • If the Copy Text to Clipboard dialog box opens, select the text that must be copied, press Ctrl + C, and click Close.

To copy contact information from an account

  • Open the Account Detail view.
  • If available, click copy_clipboard (Copy Information to Clipboard).
  • If the Copy Text to Clipboard dialog box opens, select the text that must be copied, press Ctrl + C, and click Close.
