Adding a Defect Activity Rate

Use the Insert Defect Activity Rate view to add a rate for a defect activity type.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To add a defect activity rate:

  1. Perform one of these actions:
    • On the New menu, click Defect Activity Rate.
    • On the Navigation bar, expand Support, right-click Defect Activity Rates from the shortcut menu, and then click New Defect Activity Rate.
  2. In the Insert Defect Activity Rate view, specify this information:
    Type
    The name of the pricing rate.
    Description
    A short description for the rate.
    Rate / Hour
    A rate per hour for the activity type.
  3. Click save.png (Save).
