Sales Order Information Fields
The following table describes the default information fields.
Field | Description |

Order ID |
The unique ID assigned when the sales order was created. Sales orders created in Infor CRM SLX have a prefix of CRM. Sales orders created in an integrated product have a prefix of EXT. |
Account | The account associated with the sales order. To find an account, click ( | ). This information is required.
Purchase Order | The customer's Purchase Order number. |
Opportunity | The opportunity associated with the sales order. To find an opportunity, click ( | ).
Customer RFQ |
Type the customer's request for quote reference number. If the sales order was converted from a quote, specify the corresponding Quote ID. |
Quote | The original quote if the sales order was converted from a quote. |
Status |
The status of the sales order. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list. If the status is changed to Closed, all associated products will be added as assets to the account. This information is read-only if your implementation includes a Back Office Extension. |
Date Requested | The date the customer placed the sales order. To edit, click ( | ) to select the date.
Due Date | The date by which the sales order must be delivered. To edit, click ( | ) to select the date.
Date Promised | The date the sales order is promised to be delivered to the customer. To edit, click ( | ) to select the date.
Comments |
Type any additional notes about the sales order. Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. These notes can be edited in either or the integrated application. |
Back Ordered | Select the check box if the products associated with the sales order are on back order. |
Additional information may be available if your implementation includes a Back Office Extension. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application.
