Managing Resources

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

You can add a resource, such as a conference room, to the list of available resources that appears when you schedule an activity.

Add a Resource

  1. On the Administration menu, click New Resource.
  2. Specify the values in the resource information fields.
  3. Click save.png (Save).

Edit a Resource

  1. On the Navigation Bar, click Administration, and then click Resources to open the Resources List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a resource, and then click on the resource name.
  2. Modify the data in the resource information fields.
  3. Click save.png (Save).

Delete a Resource

  1. On the Navigation Bar, click Administration, and then click Resources to open the Resources List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a resource, and then click on the resource name.
  2. On the Resource Detail view, click Clear.png (Delete).
  3. Click save.png (Save).
