Using the Activities List View
Use the Activities
view to manage your scheduled activities, and confirmations. If you have additional
access rights, you can also view other Infor CRM SLX
users' activities. Use the Summary view to see additional information for each activity.
You can use groups and filters to narrow the
list of records in the list. For example, if the time frame is next month, use the Time
Frame filter to show only activities scheduled for next month.
Note: The
security access determines what functions are available. Contact the
administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users may not access full
functionality.
Select Activities from the Navigation Bar, to open the Activities List view.
On this page you can:
- Click ( ), to refresh the list information.

- Work with records in a grid.
- Filter my list

The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
- Add to Group. See Adding Ad Hoc Group Records

The Task Pane contains the Activity tasks section. In this section, you
can:
- Schedule New Meeting. See Scheduling or Editing an Activity

You can create your own activities groups, or use the following provided
groups:
- Alarms: Displays activities with active alarms.
- All Open: Displays all open (not completed) activities scheduled for the selected user or users.
- Confirmations: Displays notifications
of activities where you are a member or the leader. You can open the
notification and accept, decline, or delete the confirmation notification.
Types of confirmations include:
- New: An activity has been scheduled with you as a member.
- Leader: An activity has been scheduled with you as the leader.
- Confirmed: Response from user who accepted an activity you scheduled.
- Declined: Response from user who declined an activity you scheduled.
- Changed: Notification to confirm or decline an activity with an updated date, time, or duration.
- My Activities: Displays all activities in which you are a leader or member.
- Past Due: Displays all your past due activities. An activity is considered past due when the scheduled start time has expired and the activity does not have an alarm.
The various icons present on the activity view are:
