Using the Office Profile Detail view

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record.

Your workspace may be different depending on your access rights or if your installation has been customized.

How Do I?

Use the Lookup to search for records

Use the Task Pane group list or common tasks

View a group

Information Boxes

  • Company Name - The division in the company to which the office belongs.
  • Division Name - The division in the company to which the office belongs.
  • Primary Address - Main address or location of the office. Click the Edit button, to open the Edit Address dialog box. To view a map of the address, click the MapClosed button. If Contour integration is enabled and configured it will open a map using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured then the address will open in MapQuest.
  • Shipping Address - Mailing address if it is different from the primary address. Click the Edit button, to open the Edit Address dialog box. To view a map of the address, click the MapClosed button. If Contour integration is enabled and configured it will open a map using the Contour provider. If a provider is not configured then the address will open in MapQuest.
  • Main Phone -Main telephone number for office. Click in the box, and then type any changes.
  • Fax - Fax number for office. Click in the box, and then type any changes.
  • Toll Free - Toll Free phone number for office. Click in the box, and then type any changes.
  • Alternate Phone - An additional telephone number for the office. Click in the box, and then enter any changes.

user defined section

You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. The tab will remain there until it is moved back to the lower section.
