Journey Stages/Steps tab

The Journey Stages/Steps tab is used to manage the stages and steps associated with a journey.

To view the Journey Stages/Steps tab:

Select Journey on the Navigation bar, Administration > Journey. The Journey list view is displayed. See Using the Journeys list view.
Click a journey in the list or use the Lookup to locate a journey. The selected journey detail view is displayed. See Using lookup.
Click the Stages/Tasks tab, on the Journey detail view. See Using the Journey detail view.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

Modify a stage.
Copy a stage. See Copying a journey stage.
Delete a stage. See Deleting a journey stage.
Reorder stages: Select the stage you require to move and use the Move Up and Move Down arrows.

Modify a step.
Copy a step. See Copying a journey step.
Delete a step. See Deleting a journey step.
Reorder steps: Select the step you require to move and then use the Move Step Up and Move Step Down arrows.
