Opportunity Product Integrated Pricing tab

Use the Integrated Pricing tab to view or modify price related information for opportunity products in a Back Office integrated environment.

Note: 
  • This tab is displayed only if the implementation is integrated with an ERP system and the administrator has not the enabled local pricing option.
  • Some information cannot be modified based on the type of implementation. Contact your administrator for more information.

To view or modify Integrated pricing information:

  1. Access the Opportunity detail view.
  2. Click the Products tab. See Opportunity products.
  3. Click Edit to modify the selected product. The Edit Opportunity Product window is displayed.
  4. Click the Integrated Pricing tab.
    Note: If the Pricing tab is available instead of the Integrated Pricing tab. See Modifying Opportunity product information.
  5. Review this information:
    Quantity
    The number of products to be included. You can modify the value specified in this field.
    Unit of Measure
    The implementation specific name of the unit of measure. For example, Each, Box, Pack, Doz, Pair, Pkg, FT, ROL.
    Unit Price
    The price of the product. The field can only be modified when price overrides are allowed or the value is equal to zero. If this field is modified, the other fields are recalculated only after the pointer moves away from the field.
  6. The other fields on this tab are determined by the settings configured by the Administrator. Based on the configuration, you can review or modify this information.
    Note: These fields can be modified only when the price override or price adjustment options are enabled by the administrator.
    Discount or CRM Discount
    A percentage value used to adjust the per unit price of the product.
    Note: CRM Discount is only modifiable if the price adjustments option is enabled by the administrator.
    For example:
    • A number is automatically changed to a percentage. For example, '50' changes to '50%'. If you specify '.5', the value is '.5%'.
    • After the pointer moves away from the Discount or CRM Discount field, the Adjusted Price and Extended Price are decreased automatically by the specified discount percentage. Therefore, modifying only one of these values is recommended.
    ERP Discount
    The discount value is set in the ERP application and cannot be modified in Infor CRM SLX.
    Adjusted Price
    The price of the product, minus the specified discount percentage. If modified after the pointer moves from the Adjusted Price field, the Discount and Extended Discount are recalculated automatically. Therefore, modifying only one of these values is recommended.
    Extended Discount
    The amount of the Discount multiplied by the quantity. If modified, after moving pointer away from the Extended Discount Amount field the Discount and Adjusted Unit Price are automatically recalculated. Therefore, modifying only one of these values is recommended.
    Extended Price
    The price of the product, excluding the discount, and multiplying by the quantity.
    Note: The value in the field cannot be modified.
