Configuring Contour integration
Complete these tasks to configure the Contour integration. Once configured, you can run the Geocode Addresses job to update contact, account, opportunity, lead, and user addresses with geocode information to be used by the configured geocode provider.

Configure Infor CRM SLX SData
synchronization. See Configuring SData
Note: This must be done only once to support all integrations.
- Select Contour on the Integrations list view. See Using the Integrations list view

View this information:
Field Description/Action Integration Contour The name of the integration.
Version The version of the integration. Sync Method Does Not Sync Indicates the process in which information is synchronized between the integrated application and Infor CRM SLX.
Authentication Type Basic The method for authenticating data.
Note: The integration can fail, if the authentication type is changed.Link Type System The type of link used to synchronize data with the integrated application and Infor CRM SLX.
Note: The data is managed through a single link.Enabled Use this option to enable or disable synchronization process for the integration. Note: When enabled, this option synchronizes data with the integrated application and Infor CRM SLX. This makes all the subsequent synchronization options available. - Select the Enabled check box.
- Click Save.
- Select the Provider tab. See Using the Contour Integration Provider tab.

Select Enabled check box for the provider to be used on the Provider tab.
Note: Only one provider can be enabled at a time. You must first clear the Enabled option from the previous provider before you can enable another provider.

Obtain the Bing Maps key and click in the API Key column for
the selected provider and type or paste the API Key obtained in the previous
step if Bing is your provider. See Obtaining the Bing Maps key for contour
Note: If Google is your provider, enabling the provider is all that is required. There is no need to add an API key.
- Click Save.

Grant the appropriate access:
- To grant users access to all of the Contour features, assign users to the Contour role.
- To grant users
access to specific features, assign these secured actions to an existing
role or create a new role:
- Contour/Map/Menu - Controls access to the Tools menu, Contour Distance Search menu item.
- Contour/Map/Account - Controls access to the Tools menu, Contour Distance Search, Account menu item.
- Contour/Map/Contact - Controls access to the Tools menu, Contour Distance Search, Contact menu item.
- Contour/Map/Group - Controls access to the Show on Map common task found on the Contact, Account, Lead, Opportunity list, and detail views.
- Contour/Map/Lead - Controls access to the Tools menu, Contour Distance Search, Lead menu item.
- Contour/Map/Opportunity - Controls access to the Tools menu, Contour Distance Search, Opportunity menu item.
- Entities/Place/Add - Controls whether a user can add new unshared places.
- Entities/Place/Edit - Controls whether a user can modify unshared places.
- Entities/Place/Delete - Controls whether a user can delete unshared places.
- Entities/Place/Share - Controls whether a user can share personal places.
- Entities/Place/ShareEdit - Controls whether a user can modify a shared place.
- Entities/Place/ShareDelete - Controls whether a user can delete a shared place.
- Entities/Place/View - Controls whether a user has access to Place views.
- Navigate to the Job Manager and select Geocode Addresses Job on the Definitions tab.
- Click Create Schedule. The Run/Schedule Job window is displayed.

Do one of the following:
- Select the Schedule to Run Now option to run the job immediately.

Select the Scheduled Execution option to schedule the job at a later date and time and complete the information to define the schedule. For more information, see Using the Run/Schedule Job window
