AI Assistant - Request a list of records that meet specified criteria
Use the AI Assistant to view list of records that matches the criteria of a request.
The AI Assistant can respond with the requested list or request for more information.Note: The available
functions are based on the permitted security access. You can contact the
administrator for modifications in the access rights.
To create a
request:-
Perform one of these steps in the request box:
- Specify the request.
- Click the drop-down arrow to select from a list of provided or saved requests. You can also modify the text to customize the request before submitting.
- Click the AI icon to submit the request.
- Click the Clear icon to clear the request without submitting.
- Respond to any AI Assistant requests for more information or clarification.

Perform these actions from the list response:
- Click a link to view a specific record.Note: This can close the AI Assistant to navigate another view.
- Use the arrows to navigate through the list.
- Click the Actions list ellipsis icon and select one of these
options:
- Generate email
- Respond to any AI Assistant requests for more information or clarification. See Respond to AI Assistant requests for more information or clarification.
- Click the action to be performed.
- Schedule phone call, meeting, or to-do – opens the Schedule Activity dialog box with any relevant information in the Regarding, Notes, or Associations section. See Scheduling an activity.
- Start CRM Workflow: Use the lookup to select the CRM Workflow to start and click OK. See Finding records.
Note: These options are available for specific lists and record types. - Generate email
- Click the Actions list ellipsis icon and select one of these
options:
- Perform a list action. Click any of the list action bubbles. Options
include:
- Save list as group
- Respond to AI Assistant requests for more information or clarification. See Respond to AI Assistant requests for more information or clarification.
- Click the action to be performed.Note: A group can be of two types ad hoc and static. An ad hoc group is a static group consisting of the selected records whereas a dynamic group is based on specified conditions. The records in a dynamic group depends on these conditions.
- Export list
- Click the Export List arrow and select the
file format to be used:
- Excel: The records are exported to Microsoft Excel.
- Standard CSV: Individual records are separated by a comma.
- Tab Delimited: Individual records are separated by a tab.
- Perform one of these steps:
- Click the link to download the file after the export is completed.
- Click Close to close the Export dialog box. When
the file is complete you can download the file
from these locations:
- Job Notifications in the menu bar. See Job notifications.

Note: These options are available for specific lists and record types. - Click the Export List arrow and select the
file format to be used:
- Save list as group
- Click a link to view a specific record.
