Configuring the OCM Email Marketing integration

Use the OCM Email Marketing integration detail view to enable and configure the OCM Email Marketing integration for Infor CRM SLX campaigns.

Note: 
  • The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.
  • This integration is not supported in Oracle environments.
To configure the OCM Email Marketing integration:
  1. Select Administration > Integrations.The Integrations list view is displayed. See Using the Integrations list view.
  2. Select OCM Email Marketing from the list.
  3. Specify this information based on your OCM integration:
    • Consumer Key
    • Consumer Secret
    • Endpoint URL
    • Tenant
    • Email Address.
  4. Click the Test Link to verify the configuration is complete and correct.
  5. Select the Enabled check box to turn on the OCM Email Marketing integration.
  6. Click Save.
