ION Workflow integration Options tab

The Options tab is used to view and modify options that are specific to ION Workflow. These options determine what and how information is synchronized between the Integration and Infor CRM SLX.

Options are represented as name-value pairs. Most integrations include a default set of name-value pairs that you can modify.

To set ION Workflow integration options:

  1. Select Administration > Integration.The Integrations list view is displayed.
  2. Click ION Workflow. The ION Workflow Integration detail view is displayed. See Configuring ION Workflows
  3. Click the Options tab.
  4. View or modify the ION Workflow options:
    1. To modify:
      1. Click in the Value column for the option you require modifying.
        Note: Use the Data Type column to identify the type of information to be specified as a value. For example, for a True/False data type, either 'True' or 'False' is a valid value.
      2. Make the required changes.
      3. Click Save.
    2. Common integration options:
      Tenant
      The Tenant name as specified when configuring the ERP connection in ION Desk.
      Logical ID
      The Logical ID for Infor CRM SLX. The Logical ID is generated when defining the Infor CRM SLX connection point in ION Desk.
    3. ION Workflow specific options:
      ION Workflow History Retention Period (in days)
      The number of days up to which the completed workflow's entries must be retained.
      Note: By default, the retention period is 30 days.
      Lead Manual Workflow
      The workflow that must be triggered when the Request Workflow option is used for Lead, to trigger the workflow manually.
      Opportunity Manual Workflow
      The workflow that must be triggered when the Request Workflow option is used for an Opportunity, to trigger the workflow manually.
      Quote Manual Workflow
      The workflow that must be triggered when the Request Workflow option is used for a Quote, to trigger the workflow manually.
      Sales Order Manual Workflow
      The workflow that must be triggered when the Request Workflow option is used for a Sales Order, to trigger the workflow manually.
    4. Infor CRM SLX recommends retaining the remaining items as the default values, however, they can be modified:
      Success Message Expiration (in minutes)
      The number of minutes after which success messages are purged from the log. A value of -1 represents success messages that are never purged from the log.
      Note: By default, the value is set to 4320.
      Error Message Expiration (in minutes)
      The number of minutes after which error messages are purged from the log.
      Note: By default, the value is set to -1 indicating error messages that are never purged from the log.
      Log Success Messages
      The default value is set to True, which means that the log includes successful transactions. To exclude successful transactions from the log, click the Value column and set the value to False. Setting this option to false reduces the number of items shown in the Sync History tab for each record.
      Inbound Process List Size
      The number of BODs to be processed by a single job service thread.
      Note: By default, the value is set to 10.
      Inbox Message Fetch Size
      The maximum number of BODs that are processed at one time.
      Note: By default, the value is set to 1000.
      Out of Sequence Message Expiration (in hours)
      Defines the time up to which missing relationship information is stored in a log file. When BODs arrive out of sequence with missing dependent data, the application stores the missing relationships in a log.
      Note: By default, the value is set to 24 hours.
      Acknowledge Message Timeout (in minutes)
      Defines the maximum delay Infor CRM SLX allows for the back office to respond to the Process BOD request with the Acknowledge response.
      Note: By default, the value is set to 10.
      Inbound Poling Interval (in seconds)
      The duration in seconds between execution of inbound sync jobs. The duration is defined as the time period from the completion of one inbound synchronization job to the start of the next inbound synchronization job.
      Note: By default, the value is set to 15.
      Outbound Poling Interval (in seconds)
      The duration in seconds between execution of outbound synchronization jobs. The duration is defined as the time period from the completion of one outbound synchronization job to the start of the next outbound sync job.
      Note: By default, the value is set to 15.
